We’re delighted that you have chosen Villa Bojana for your stay in beautiful Neodi, Montenegro. To ensure a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules and policies.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Begins at 2:00 PM. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can prepare a smooth and welcoming experience.
Check-Out: Until 10:00 AM. We appreciate your help keeping our cleaning schedule on track to greet the next guests on time.

For check-in or check-out outside these hours, please contact us—early arrival or late departure might be possible, depending on availability.

Guests & Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests, accommodated across 5 bedrooms.
Children: Absolutely welcome—no age restrictions apply.
Note: Cribs or extra beds are not available at the property.

Parties, Events & Guests

Private & Peaceful: The villa is ideal for tranquil retreats with family or friends. We do not allow bachelor(ette)-type parties, events, or large group gatherings.
Parties or events are not permitted to ensure all guests enjoy a serene atmosphere.

Smoking & Pets

No smoking: The entire villa is a non-smoking environment.
No pets allowed: We kindly ask that you leave furry friends at home to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

Payment & Cancellation

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Cancellation & prepayment policies: Vary depending on accommodation type. Please consult your booking confirmation or reach out to us directly for details.

Facilities & Amenities

Our villa offers a range of thoughtful amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable:

Pool & Outdoor Spaces: Private seasonal outdoor pool with loungers and sun umbrellas; spacious terraces, balconies, garden, sun deck, outdoor dining area, and barbecue.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, wine glasses, cleaning products, and dining table.
Living Areas: Comfortable living rooms on multiple floors, each featuring seating areas and, in some, a sofa bed.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 5 bedrooms (mostly queen-size), additional sofa beds for extra sleeping space, plus 3 bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, and laundry facilities.
Connectivity & Entertainment: Free Wi-Fi, satellite flat-screen TV(s).
Climate & Comfort: Air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, iron, and iron board.
Access & Safety: Private entrance, key access, smoke-free environment. Upper floors are accessible only via stairs.

Transportation & Services

Parking: Complimentary private parking on site.
Airport Shuttle & Car Rental: Available for an additional charge; details provided upon request.

We operate as a private host and may collect payment via bank transfer prior to arrival; we’ll provide specific instructions after your reservation.
